Our Story
Clear Valley Dojo is a family-run martial arts gym in Taytay, Rizal offering Judo, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), and Karate classes for kids ages 5 and up and adults. Founded in 2026 by the Claravall family, the dojo provides community-centered training with 8 experienced senseis across 4 disciplines on over 100 sqm of mat space.
Clear Valley Dojo was founded on January 21, 2026, by the Claravall family. Our name draws from our heritage — "clara" meaning clear, and "valle" meaning valley. More than just a name, it reflects the foundation of who we are: a place of clarity, growth, and purpose.
Built on our shared passion for martial arts and guided by the values of respect, discipline, and integrity, our mission is to cultivate a strong and supportive community of martial artists.
We also welcome fellow martial arts practitioners and experts to share their craft, fostering an environment of learning, collaboration, and mutual respect.

Head Instructor — Judo & Jiu-Jitsu
2nd Dan Judo Black BeltEli is a 2nd Dan Judo Black Belt, former Ateneo Judo Association Team Captain, and 3-time UAAP medalist including a Gold Medal in Season 82. He represented the Philippines at the 33rd SEA Games 2025, earning a Bronze Medal in Mixed Team Jiu-Jitsu (Fighting Jiujitsu), and competed at the JuJitsu World Championships 2025.

Common Questions
Clear Valley Dojo offers classes in Judo, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), and Karate. We also have a dedicated Kids Martial Arts program that combines Judo and Jiu-Jitsu for children ages 5 to 12.
Monthly membership starts at ₱3,000 for 8 sessions per month. Walk-in rates are available from ₱450 per session. Kids Judo & Jiu-Jitsu is ₱3,500/month. Unlimited training plans and family discounts are also available. All memberships include a ₱1,000 annual fee.
Children can start training at Clear Valley Dojo from age 5. Our Kids Martial Arts program (ages 5–12) combines Judo and Jiu-Jitsu in fun, structured classes that build confidence, coordination, and discipline.

No prior experience is needed. Clear Valley Dojo welcomes complete beginners and experienced martial artists alike. You can observe a class before enrolling, and our senseis will guide you through the fundamentals at your own pace.
For your first class, wear comfortable athletic clothing. A gi (uniform) is required for Judo and Jiu-Jitsu once you enroll. Gis and equipment are available through our pro shop. Bring water and a towel.
